UBS VALUES QUALITY OVER QUANTITY – UBS have said they plan to invest around 3 times as much as they currently do training new recruits. This is the result of the bank wanting to focus more on quality rather than quantity, with UBS’s Wealth Management Americas President, @Tom Naratil saying, “We can have fewer advisers but they need to be more highly skilled to meet those clients’ needs”. Details of the plan suggest training will stretch over three years, with a salary for the first two, which is an increase from the previous as they only used to pay just seven months salary. #SpartanInternational
