NUMIS RESHUFFLES BOARD – Numis Corporation, has announced the departure of current CFO, Simon Denyer, and two other senior executives. Denyer has been at Numis for 11 years and is set to leave the in January of 2018, in pursuit of “other opportunities”. Filling his shoes will be Andrew Holloway, who currently heads the Financial Institution Group and has also held key roles in developing Corporate Broking and Advisory since his arrival in 2011. Lorna Tilbian, Head of Media Banking and Board Member, will part ways with the firm at the end of 2017, after serving 16 years as a top rated analyst with the UK broker. Finally, Chairman of Equities, Marcus Chorley – Bham, is stepping down from the group board as of September 30th, but will keep his current role and remain an Executive Board Member at subsidiary Numis Securities. The Chairman, Alan Carruthers, commented on the movement as efforts to “streamline” and “balance” the mix of Executives and Non-Executives as they plan to complete the business’ CEO succession plans. #SpartanInternational
