MORGAN STANLEY’S NEW CEO SHORTLIST – An interest in Morgan Stanley has been sparked by the recent news of Goldman Sachs’ CEO Lloyd Blankfein stepping down. The interest comes in who will be the successor to James Gorman, who has been CEO of Morgan Stanley for the last eight years and can be credited for the transformation of the bank into a Wealth Management powerhouse. Gorman will most likely remain at the firm as CEO for 3-5 years. Sources within the bank revealed that if Gorman were to leave earlier for an unforeseen circumstance then he would likely be replaced @Colm Kelleher, President of the bank. Nevertheless, the company does still have a shortlist of other senior executives that could contend for the top spot to succeed Gorman. The shortlist includes: Simkowitz, Daniel-Head of Investment Management, Andy Saperstein-Co-Head of Wealth Management Group, Jonathan Pruzan-Chief Financial Officer, @Ted Pick-Head of Institutional Securities Group, Robert Rooney-Head of Technology and Franck Petitgas-Co-Head of International. #SpartanInterntional #BI
