BREXIT STICKING IT TO BAML – @Alex Wilmot-Sitwell will be stepping down from his role as CEO of the International business, this was prompted by a clash with the bank’s US leadership over the company’s Brexit strategy. Wilmot-Sitwell felt side-lined when a decision was made to place US Vice Chairman, @Bruce Thompson, as the CEO of the Non-UK European business in Dublin. Wilmot-Sitwell had no intention of moving to Dublin himself, Wilmot-Sitwell also disagreed with BAML’s North Carolina senior management team over the moves to shift resources away from London to Continental Europe. Wilmot-Sitwell is set to join the US Investment bank Perella Wienberg Partners in London later this year. #SpartanInternational
